Mike Toole
Master Trainer
From minor tweaks and pulled muscles to a back injury that left him debilitated and needing help from Hospital for Special Surgeries, Mike knows being limited is no fun. That’s why he got into personal training: to help those who knew they wanted to be healthier but didn’t know if they could or how to do it. Mike specializes in working with people forty and older to help them live strong, vibrant lives. He does this through progressive strength training strategies, appropriate use of cardio protocols, and nutritional support. He’s worked with parents wanting to get back into shape or improve their health to people pre/post joint replacement and given them the ability to get back to an active life.
Mike’s certification is from the National Association of Sports Medicine, specializing in personal training. He’s held certifications in kettlebell training and has studied and implemented barbell training and sandbag training with clients forty and older. He’s currently studying to get his Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
